FirstBarkI used the Board & Train. I felt really comfortable from the beginning. Great communication throughout the process. My pup learned to really listen And is comfortable with all she learned. I would definitely recommend for harder to train pups as it did great for my pup.

We enrolled our dog into the in-home training with OLK9 due to his reactivity issues. Kate Smith was assigned as our trainer, and she was amazing. She was so patient and insightful. She truly cared about helping our dog overcome his reactivity, and made sure we had the tools to keep him progressing. We highly recommend Kate Smith and OLK9 for dog training!

We sent Louis to the board and train program when he was four months old. The day we got him back I enjoyed a walk with him, which went better than any other walk I’ve taken with any of my previous 3 dogs. He listened, didn’t pull and followed commands. We still have a lot of work to do with him, but I’m so glad we made this investment. Jacob was easy to work with and I enjoyed the daily report cards that included tips to work on in the future.

Alex was nothing short of amazing with helping us work with our golden retriever, Henry. Henry went to Alex for the 2 week board and train to work on basic obedience and aggression with other dogs. We were definitely nervous leaving Henry for 2 weeks but as soon as we started getting the daily report cards, we were able to be excited about the experience. When Alex told us about Henry learning to coexist with other dogs and sending us videos of Henry keeping his down position in a public setting with a group of other dogs, we were absolutely stunned. We looked forward to the daily report cards and when the time came to pick Henry up, Alex made sure that we would be setup for success. We spent 2.5 hours working with Henry in heel, down, etc. We went to the West Allis farmers market knowing there would be other dogs. Henry was a completely different dog than we have seen previously. Didn’t pay any attention to other dogs there and followed us through the market. We can’t wait to keep up this training at home and meet in 2 weeks for our last session. We are confident that we have all the tools needed for success and couldn’t have done it without the help of Alex! Our only regret is that we didn’t take Henry to OLK9 earlier!

Three years ago, I enrolled my dog in the board & train program with Alex. The program was the jumpstart we needed to get him on the path to success! When I brought my dog, Oso, to Off Leash K9 he was very reactive. Uncontrollable barking, lunging, and nipping at people and other dogs. Today, I feel confident walking my dog knowing that he is looking to me for instruction instead of reacting impulsively. The entire Off Leash K9 team continues to stay in touch and be a great resource for us! If you’re reading this because you’re considering training for your dog, these guys are the real deal. If you commit to the process, you will see results!
