Jacqueline's stay and train is just as great as all the reviews say, and is hands down the best decision we made (after getting a dog). Our 10 month old Bernedoodle has been transformed from being hard and stubborn to work with, to an amazing addition to our family. We now realise that the real gift she gives is providing a structured way for us to communicate with our dog. We are a lot more comfortable and confident in what we are doing, and as a result he is a much happier dog. Now we all look forward to our walks and time together, and he spends most of his life being praised for being a good boy and getting the affection a great dog like this deserves. Jacqueline lays a strong foundation of training so that our dog knows how to behave and what is expected, and now with an e-collar we have a common language we can use. We were worried that after a few weeks of training he would come back timid and restrained, but instead he is a much happier and fun dog. If you are looking for training, then you probably need it. If you need it, then get the best and go with Jacqueline as you’ll get the great relationship with your dog that you are looking for..

Jackie is amazing at what she does, she is truly passionate and skilled at training. As a person that was skeptical about having someone else train my dog, I can say without a doubt, going to Jackie was the best decision for my family and my dog. I would say that what she does is beyond training, it is an education for both you and your dog. My recommendation for her is as true as can be. We have a GSD puppy , named Bayley, that grew very fast. We had attended all the local puppy kindergartens and basic classes. Although Bayley would follow simple commands with treats, on walks she was easily distracted and lost her food motivation. As Bayley approached 10 months old and 70 pounds, my wife was having an almost impossible time with controlling Bayley on a leash in certain situations. My wife researched a few options for better training and we found Jackie. My wife told me about the program that would have Bayley be boarded for 2-3 weeks and personally trained, which we were lucky to get a spot for. After the first 5 minutes of meeting with Jackie, I was confident we had made the right decision, I was still skeptical of what the results would be. Dropping off Bayley was almost like dropping the kids off to camp. It did get awkwardly emotional, but Jackie was truly supportive and very experienced at handling the owners as well as the dog. We were concerned if our Bayley was still going to be our loving puppy? Was there going to be a disconnect from our dog that had been with us since she was only 8 weeks old? Over the 3 week training period, Jackie would send updates of pics, videos and texts assuring us our puppy was in good hands and doing well. Fast forward 3 weeks later. It was time to pick up Bayley. Upon arriving it was our turn to be trained. Jackie took the time to instruct us on all the things we were doing wrong and taught us how to work in conjunction with Bayley’s training. This is when you see Jackie’s true passion and skill at her trade. She does have a drill sergeant demeanor, but I am a true believer in being straight forward and tell me what I am doing wrong. After a good session of us being educated and being properly instructed on using the E-collar , it was time to be reunited with Bayley. All of our fears of any disconnect went out the window. She was our loving dog we had dropped off 3 weeks ago. Now it was time to take our new education and apply it into our daily lives. Jackie is very impassioned of her work. She wants to see both you and your dog succeed. After all Bayley had just received a “Harvard education”. It was time to apply it. She took the time to make sure we were ready to go home for the next steps. With Jackie it is not just one and done training, the training follows up with support classes. We went home and as I said Bayley was still our wonderful loving puppy, yes a 70 pound lap puppy. Over the week, we sent videos and emails with Jackie letting her know how we were doing. She advised us on things to work on and different ways to apply everything. Bayley was already a better disciplined puppy, but there was still fine tuning to do. A week later, we attended our first support class. This is when Jackie’s “Harvard education” truly was displayed. We went over things with Bayley and really put all of Jackie’s work into perspective. Jackie takes true pride in her work and it shows. You can watch her youtube videos to get an idea of the discipline that gets taught to your dog, but it is only in person that you see the true result. Your dog was not trained… you and your dog were educated and taught better communication. I think back to when Bayley was only “treat motivated” and it reassures me that we made the best decision in investing in Jackie’s “Harvard education” for us.

Jacqueline Zinetti lives to her reputation on Mister Sebastien my Airedale. I was highly recommended to her by a close friend of mine who also took her rambunctious golden doodle there. My Airedale was smart but playing smarter then me. Jacqueline taught us so many things. The training changed our lives. He listens, obeys, he is superb off leash even with all the distractions in Central Park Manhattan. On leash he is now managed. We both are enjoying everything more and each other. Her training is superb. I importantly add her follow-up trainings are so good also. I learn so much through these follow-ups because it is a time to develop myself and skills in managing my specifics. Wow I cannot speak more highly of the training. Her feedback is right on always. Headline: Jacqueline's training & ongoing support has provided our family with Reliability and Safety for our fur (big) baby, while building confidence for all (humans too)! Having a 14 month old German Shepherd Dog weighing in close to 90 lbs, we realized we needed more control. Additionally, our dog goes to work regularly at a golf course, and after a few close-calls chasing deer off leash, we knew we needed complete reliability. We had some hesitation about the e-collar, but after several conversations with Jacqueline to better understand her philosophy and techniques, we sent our dog for the board and train. We've had our pup home for almost 4 weeks and I am still amazed at his transformation, as well as my own! Jackie said that it's about teaching the dog, as well as the owner, and I couldn't agree more. The better I communicate and lead, the more confident and relaxed our dog has become, and it just keeps getting better! One of our goals was to make sure that he would behave and run alongside a moving golf cart. After the board and train, Jackie took the time to face-time with us as we attempted this maneuver. She immediately identified what was working, and more importantly, what was not working in the way we communicated what we wanted from our dog. After about 30-45 minutes of face-time tutoring, he got it! (And so did we!) We've had our moments where he will act bratty and test us, and through Jackie's ongoing guidance, we are able to snap him out of it and get him right back on track. He now runs perfectly alongside the cart! And just this morning, when he saw a coyote in the woods, I was able to use the e-collar to redirect him to safety.
