Monica went above and beyond when it came to training our one-year-old golden retriever. From the very beginning, she was attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. We had countless questions, and she answered every single one of them. She kept my partner and me informed throughout the entire process and even provided detailed articles and videos of their training for us to refer to during our future sessions. Monica truly understood our pup’s needs and worked within his boundaries while building his confidence. He looked so proud when he showcased his new skills during the handoff, and we couldn’t be prouder. We wait to watch our boy grow even more, and there’s a sense of comfort knowing that Monica is just a quick call away if we ever need her assistance.
Would recommend over and over again! My one year old golden listens so much better and has really enjoyed working with all the trainers, but especially Monica! Working with Off Leash 30A was one of the best decisions we ever made. From the beginning, Allison made herself available to discuss the best course of action for our dog and his unique needs. We rescued our 32-pound mix—part Border Collie, part American Eskimo (we think!)—a little under two years ago. He came to us with intense fear of humans, other dogs, and anything outside his lil' dog bed. We began as his foster family due to his extreme fear, but it quickly became clear that he was meant to be part of our little family. We don’t know his exact age, but he’s likely between 4 and 6 years old—SO YES, this training is absolutely effective for rescues, older dogs, and even more unusual cases. We had been working with him since the day we brought him home, but we eventually reached a point where we didn’t know what else to do to help him. That’s when we reached out to Off Leash 30A. We selected the basic and advanced training program, and I could’ve never even imagined the changes we saw in him. He became more confident, happy, and well-behaved. Not only did they provide him with excellent training, but they also gave us the tools we needed to maintain—and even continue to improve—his progress at home. They genuinely took the time to understand our dog’s unique situation and focused on what he needed to be happier. It was never about the money—they made thoughtful, realistic promises, acknowledged his limitations with compassion, and showed the honesty and care we had been searching for. We are beyond pleased with the results and are looking forward to continuing his training journey with Off Leash in the future!
