Nevermind I found my answer, also will the dog need to wear the e-collar everywhere she goes after the 2 weeks or will it no longer be necessary
The e-collar will need to be worn into the future if you have your dog off-leash. The dog can be trained to respond via the collar even if out of sight, it also has a great strobe light on it that helps keep track of your dog in the dark and allows the dog to be safely off-leash, as you van communicate via the collar remote if the dog doesn't respond immediately to your verbal command. Sometimes the dog just needs a little tap on the neck via the collar when distracted, etc.

I learned so much from Off Leash training and honestly this process is about training the owners as much as the dogs. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the trainer we worked with was very difficult to get in touch with in between sessions. She encouraged us to reach out by text/email/phone with any questions but we tried texts, phone calls, emails, even WhatsApp and more often than not it took reaching out to the owners of Off Leash to eventually get a response. Overall it was a positive experience and our dog is much better behaved, but that would be our only complaint.

Brittany was our trainer and she was excellent. I was reluctant to spend the money on this, but my friend had so much success with her dog that I decided to go for it. The collar and the training are an investment in your dog's happiness and your family's sanity. Our dog is so happy playing outside off leash, something we didn't trust he could handle before. Come, place, and heel commands are now a part of our daily life and we are so thankful to have found this training.

Offleash k9 met our expectations and even exceeded our expectations with our trainer Kaleigh. From the moment we met her for a meet and greet, she was excellent! She communicated well throughout the training which gave us comfort knowing our pup was in good hands. Our GSD responded well to the training and settled in quickly acclimating to Kaleigh's home and schedule. We got daily updates with pictures and videos attached which gave us enjoyment watching our dog excel in her training! I would trust Kaleigh with any dog training moving forward.
Before training, our pup was easily distracted, excitable, and constantly pulled on the leash. Now, she can perform a perfect heel, no leash pulling, and listens well to commands.
I would absolutely recommend Kaleigh as a fantastic trainer and trust that offleash k9 will have your dog trained well! Thank you for everything you do!
