I just picked my dog Bodhi up from New Beginnings K9 Training. Heather came recommended from an acquaintance. So I went with the recommendation and I really regret it. Bodhi is a 4 month old puppy and he needed to be trained in every aspect so I agreed to do the 2 week board and train for $1000. Now I didn't expect Bodhi to be a fully trained dog after 2 weeks but I did expect to see some results. But no instead we got a dog back that wasn't crate trained, wasn't leash trained, wasn't potty trained, and doesn't know a single command, not ONE. He literally seems like he's learned nothing. Honestly feels like I paid 1000 for 2 weeks of boarding. I hate leaving a bad review but you know what's worse, paying for a dog training service and getting zero results and to have the trainer act like that's what should be expected is terrible!

Heather was one of the first trainers I met when I moved to Charlotte. She immediately made me feel welcome and did an evaluation for my puppy. She was incredibly professional and friendly, and gave me some amazing advice. She has continued to provide support by giving me tips and tricks as my puppy continues to grow.
