Sorry this is rinky dink! It seems that those who pay for classes get the ribbons. The dock is too short. Our dog jumped 15 feet on his first ever jump, as recorded on our photo. You said 13 when his butt hadn’t even touched the water! Then he jumped well over the 15’ you said he jumped!! More like 20 from our video. I guess it’s fine for those who want to see if their dog will do it, but that’s it! Stick with Dock Dogs if you want an honest competition. They don’t give ribbons for flopping in the water.

April and her team are amazing! After completing a red light laser therapy appointment and chatting with April we decided to book a pool lesson and give it a go to see if my girl liked it and we had such an amazing time! Everything was so positive and they made us all feel comfortable throughout both our laser therapy and pool lesson. They are extremely knowledgeable and know how to work with the dog to achieve success without adding too much pressure or stress on the dog, leading to success and a happy dog and owner! For our pool lesson they were able to problem solve on the fly trying a couple different things to help up succeed and get my girl in the pool swimming while also knowing exactly when to call it a day to ensure we ended on a positive and successful note

I've been bringing my 1 year old GSD/Chow mix for one-on-one lessons for a little over a month now and recently started having my dog in day school twice a week. Cannot say enough good things about this facility. My dog struggled with reactivity to other dogs and thanks to the lessons and the tools/tips they give me to continue working on at home his behavior has already improved immensely. I highly recommend New England K9 Athlete, especially if you have a larger dog that can be difficult to handle.
