New Albany Hunde Haus, a puppy pre-school specializing in developing appropriate early training skills, including house breaking, in a home environment. We offer daycare training, drop off before work pick up after, or overnight training with boarding. Drop off and pick up hours flexible to meet client needs. We also offer family training here or at your home, advanced training, trick training, grooming services and puppy party hosting. All Services by appointment. For Day-School, if your workday starts at 0530, then that’s the time we’ll check your puppy into school for the day. We do not charge late fees. Stuff happens, just text & let us know. Bring enough of pups’ food for breakfast & dinner just incase.

Service here always seems to be an issue. Went in tonight hungry. Sat at the bar which was only half full at best and usually the fastesy service. Sat there for a solid 15 minutes and not even a gaze from an employee. Line of about ten people at the ordering section of the bar and it seemed that was the primary focus. There was a young lady sitting at the bar who appeared to be an employee on her day off being a bit loud and obnoxious who got plenty of attention from the staff. The bar was well staffed with at least four employees behind the bar but the customer service was crap. Being hungry I figured it would be a month before I could get food so I left and went to a competitor where I was fed promptly. Likely will not return!
