Naked Dog Training

We can’t recommend naked dog training enough! When we brought our second child home our dog Rizzo started to show aggressive behaviors towards our older child. We reached out to Naked dog training, heard back right away and scheduled an evaluation. Rizzo stayed for the board and train program, when we picked him up and brought him home he was drastically different. The trainers have given us skills/training techniques that are very easy to fit into our every day life which has made following through on our end very manageable! We were so pleased with our results and highly recommend this training program.

John and the team (esp Addison) that worked with my GSD, Koda, did an amazing job! Koda was a bit timid and untrusting when we started but through the sessions and development, he progressed passed all of that. He learned his commands and is a pleasure and easy to handle German Shepherd, thanks to everyone at Naked Dog. Addison, Eli and Nick (and of course John) all spent so much quality time working with Koda and knowing him, that he progressed in every area of training. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! thank you guys!!!

We cannot say enough positive things about Naked Dog Training in Methuen, MA. Our 2-year-old Cane Corso went through a board and train program here, and the results were nothing short of life-changing. Before coming to Naked Dog, we had worked with three other trainers — and unfortunately, we saw little to no improvement. It was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. We were starting to wonder if real progress was even possible. Then we found John and his team — Addison, Eli, and Nick — and everything changed. From the very first interaction, it was clear that John is not just a trainer — he is a true dog expert. His deep understanding of dog behavior, his calm and confident demeanor, and his no-nonsense but compassionate approach gave us hope. John took the time to get to know our dog and tailor the training to exactly what he needed. Throughout the entire process, he kept us informed, educated us as owners, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. Addison, Eli, and Nick were equally phenomenal. They all brought an incredible level of skill, patience, and professionalism to the table. Their consistency, positive energy, and love for the dogs in their care is undeniable — and our Cane Corso responded so well to them. He came home transformed: more confident, more obedient, and most importantly, happier. We finally feel like we have the tools and support to maintain his training at home — something we never got from previous trainers. Naked Dog Training didn’t just train our dog; they empowered us as owners. The team at Naked Dog Training has changed mine and my dogs lives. When I think of them, I think of thorough. They've been so good with my dogs. I have a 9 year old lab/pit/cattle dog mix with aggression and a biting history. I also have a 1 year old shepard/husky mix who started picking up on her brother's aggression tendencies while needing basic manners. Addison and Eli in particular have been working with my dogs and they are changed, for the better. My dogs are with me all day at work and my lab was aggressive with every male in the shop. He's different now and everyone has noticed. The aggressive barking has stopped, the lunging has stopped. I didn't think it was possible to get him to change, esp. at 9 years old but he has and it's changed our lives. I've used other trainers in the past but am a forever fan of Naked Dog Training.
