We cannot say enough good things about Jordan! He worked with our very stubborn 7 month English Mastiff, Monty, and the results were truly amazing. Monty is big, strong, goofy and very set in his ways, but Jordan was patient, confident, and knew exactly how to handle him. Jordan took the time to understand Monty’s personality and adjusted his training approach to fit him perfectly. He explained everything clearly, kept us involved in the process with lots of fun pictures and videos we looked forward to receiving every day. Jordan gave us tools we could actually use at home. The difference in Monty’s behavior is night and day. If you have a large, stubborn, or strong-willed dog and think training won’t work, Jordan will prove you wrong. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about both the dogs and their owners. We would recommend him 100 times over!

My Bodyguard Dog Training program was referred to us by our friend, an owner of one of their German Shepherd puppies. We are so thankful that we signed our Gypsy (Saint Bernard puppy) up for group puppy classes. Owner, Julie, is a great instructor, always taking time to educate dog owners on the proper commands and techniques to teach our puppies. Gypsy graduated puppy class and continued with the next level of training, group intermediate classes. Our trainer, Eric, was attentive to not only the dogs, but the owners as well. Eric would recognize and praise good behaviors, and identify behaviors that needed to be corrected. Gypsy was learning the commands and loved participating in the agility course. As Gypsy is continuing to grow week by week (currently 115 lbs at 10 months old), we realized we needed to increase the level of training to achieve the best behaviors from her. This is when we began private lessons with Eric. Private lessons have really taken us as dog owners, and Gypsy, to that next level of training. We are learning the benefits of using both the Herm Sprenger collar and the e- collar technology in our training sessions. Gypsy is learning and is responding quickly to commands and corrections. We have seen improvements in Gypsy’s response to our training sessions. Eric continually shares his expertise with us, which helps us understand the reasoning behind the training. Eric, thank you for making the best use of our time together. Your knowledge and insight on dog behaviors makes me want to learn and understand them too so I can best understand Gypsy. We will continue training with private lessons, knowing with consistency, communication, praising and rewarding her good behavior, Gypsy will be the best trained Saint Bernard!

My BodyGuard is fantastic! So friendly and welcoming and the training is excellent! We have been working with Eric for a little over a month and my dog has improved so much in such a short time! Her reactivity with other dogs is almost gone completely and she will now greet dogs with a happy wagging tail! Her obedience has also really improved! She loves her lessons with Eric and gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot! I would recommend them to anyone!
