FirstBarkGator was the best!! He was the most enthusiastic trainer which made us feel comfortable asking any and all questions to make training go as smooth as possible. Our dog learned SO much and so did we.

I have a young small terrier mix that is a fear biter. He belongs to my husband, who is moving to the nursing home in Windsor. Can you help me with this problem? I am interested in obedience training for him and a 6 month old german shepard mix.

Drop off and pick up, there are weekly group classes that have owner/dog combined training

It's both, you have several options. My husband and I have boarded our dog there, and had her receive training while she was boarding, we have also boarded her there without training so she had somewhere fun to stay when we took a trip to Hawaii. We also attend group classes with her, and have the option to do one-on-one training there with her. Pretty much whatever you need they can supply. They also have a doggie daycare, where you can drop off and pick up your dog. These are great opportunities for your dog to hang out with other dogs if that's important to you. We have nothing but good things to say about Mountain States, they do a phenomenal job and are really good to our dog. They've even helped us learn how to be a better Pet People. 😄

Beyond fantastic! Gator did a fantastic job with our dog Lennon! He’s almost a 3 year old dog so I was worried about his ability to be re-taught. The phrase “can’t teach an old dog new tricks” is not in these guys vocabulary. Highly recommend!!!!!

I was very pleased with our interaction of everyone that worked there from the trainers to the general manager & everyone we met! I cannot say enough good things about this business and would recommend them to anyone :)
We took our dog here for a 3 week stay and board training & couldn’t be more impressed!!! Cole (our trainer extraordinaire) took him from shy and hyper, to confident and obedient!! Thank you, Cole! Definitely recommend taking your dog here to be trained into a good doggy citizen, 5 stars!!!

I give Gator my highest recommendation for all your K9 training needs, especially if your dog is a bit more stubborn like my Bloodhound, Rufus, was! From start to finish, my experience with Gator was exceptional. He is punctual, organized, energetic, and highly effective with K9 training methods. I especially appreciated the ease and clarity of my lessons with him and Rufus and his patience while I learned, too! As a result of my and Rufus's training, we can now enjoy our favorite Colorado adventures stress-free and with complete confidence that my dog is safe, having fun, and being obedient.
