My husband and I adopted a 3 month old puppy, she did not come from the best of circumstances. Within a week we knew we were going to need a dog trainer. Picking a dog trainer is no easy task, so I threw myself into all reviews of all the dog trainers in our area and I found Justine. Justine is patient and intuitive. She taught us skills and techniques that changed our household. She gave us and all 3 of our dogs the tools we needed to be a better, happier, and a more cohesive unit. Justine helped us solve problems related to potty training, separation anxiety, confrontation between our new puppy and our other dogs, hyperactivity, guarding, and more. Justine has changed our lives and allowed us to comfortably have company over. When we hired Justine, we didn’t just get an amazing dog trainer, but we all gained a friend.

Justine has been absolutely wonderful. She is calm down to earth yet direct. I am so happy to get in contact with her. I was at the give up stage with my two dogs. One dog Reactive and one dog we dubbed the bully. They are both on their way to being better more obedient dogs. She has given us great tools to further their's and our success. She helped not only the dog but my trust in them as well especially being around other dogs. I absolutely recommend Justine!

This was such a disappointing experience! She didn't want to quote pricing over the phone but said we could do virtual potty training over the phone. I address to that and paid party of the free that was to be applied to the future training. In our virtual training she had me pay upfront and then proceeded to read me a list of things to do for potty training, all of which were readily available on the Internet. She told me to keep a journal, which I did. She did not tell me to send it every day . That was the entire online training. I cancelled the next meeting. To be fair she did tell me the next meeting (consultation) would be free but the first meeting was such a water if time I told her to cancel the meeting. I asked for a refund and was told it was non refundable and that giving me her list was training. We then engaged in a petty back and forth over text. V pretty training is a new program for her and she obviously doesn't have a good model of how to provide this service. My advice is to save your money and read the tips online and do a lot of homework before trusting someone can help you with your potty training issues. If I could give 0 starts I would.
