FirstBarkMindful Canines of Texas was a blessing to work with. Mylo was 15 months, newly adopted, and very timid. They helped him socialize, potty train, and house train. All with extra love.

From the moment Katie walked into our home she had full control of the room - dog and humans alike. She was so full of energy and encouragement, and in a matter of minutes had trained our Shih-Poo, Mylo, to sit and lay down, while simultaneously explaining the nuances of her technique to us. We boarded Mylo with her for a week and he came back even happier and changed for the better. She potty trainined him, taught several tricks, and got him on a sound daily routine. Above all, she helped change our fearful rescue into a confident, social and happy dog. She is the only place we trust to board our Mylo and I cannot recommend her services highly enough! Thank you, Katie, for all the love and encouragement you've given to Mylo and us!

She was able to teach my 5 y/o stubborn Pyr how to get in the car using the ramp (she couldn't even walk on it even on the ground!), how to have a nice walk without getting crazy when she sees other dogs, cats or bunnies. And all that was taught with love, care and at an affordable cost. I am so glad I found Katie! I highly recommend her business! You won't regret it!
