Mind Your Manners Canine Training- Dog Training and Boarding-Family Owned

Do not make the big mistake to bring you Dog or any pet you have to this place, the following happened to me, I saw their reviews on line and I thought they were good, when I dropped off Tickles my Husky 4 and a half months old, Shelly came out and received him, Mancini the husband who is the trainer, never came out, they never show us the facility and my mistake at the time, I just trust her, she was supposed to send me pictures of Tickles and for a week kept giving me excuses like her Wifi was not working and she don't like Cellphones, after a week I got worry and without telling herI drove from Orlando to Lakeland, when I got to their house both of their vehicles were there, but they never answer the door, I spoke to a neighbor and she came to knock the door with me, after no one was at the back yard, Shelly, appeared walking Tickles pretending she was training him, and after we call her to come out, she said she is been busy and she don't like cellphones and again her Wifi was bad, Tickles was all dury, I tried to understand maybe kept him out playing, but, Shelly was very nervous, Tickles recognized me and started liking me and started Bleeding from his mouth, she got even more nervous and asked me if I want to take him, I asked to meet Mancini, she went in to tell him I wanted to meet him, but, he never came out, and after I asked her after 9 days what has he learned, she said nothing, I deside to take him after too many wrong things I was seeing, when we got home, gave Tickles a bath and gave him food but he was so afraid to get closer to his bowl and didn't want to eat, when he used to eat alot in about 40 seconds more or less, I noticed some was wrong, I had to give him food from my hand and it took a while to eat, talking to a neighbor who is been in the navy and has experience with dogs, he said, that could it be that they had bigger dogs that didn't let him get closer to the bowl with violence when was time to eat, also, had diarrhea real bad, now we have an appointment to see a Veterinarian to check him, good thing I didn't let him longer. I have the text messages with Shelly that I asked in many times on different days to send me pictures and Shelly always had excuses. If they try to say something different than what I am saying here, I have the text with Shelly and the video with Tickles, Do not let them full you and if you are making the mistake of hired this People, asked your own questions, have them show you the falility where your Dog will sleep, where he is going to eat, asked in detail... Oh, if Shelly will said Tickles was aggresive, Shelly wanted to get more money out of me to give him a more expensive train, and Do not pay until you get your contract, the excuse is her Wifi is bad and will send you letter, and they said, they will treat your Dog as it was their's.... yeah, right.... I don't understand how people like this have a business, Please, be very careful and also I found out, they just moved 3 months ago to where they are living...

Shelly and Mancini are the best! I have done the 21 day puppy program when I first got my Great Dane Vader! He came home potty trained, crate trained, sitting, more gentle then ever before. He now goes there for boarding when we go on vacations and he has the time of his life and I trust Shelly and Mancini completely! They treat him like one of their own and I could not have picked better trainers!
