For training I recommend this place to give you the right tools to fix behaviors. For boarding I don't recommend. When I dropped off my dog the wrong address was on google and I called 4+ times and had to wait 30 minutes to get a response when they know I was coming. My dog developed a bacterial infection, had swelling under his chin and a severe ear infection. He clearly wasn't given enough attention and when I talked to Shelly she said she didn't notice the swelling which was quite obvious. When my sister picked him up she said he was very stinky so she went home to give him a bath. Attached are pictures we took when we picked him up. If you love your fur baby don't board before seeing the facilities and don't expect any pictures either, I received 0 pictures when I left my dog for 2.5 weeks. When I saw my dog after my trip I felt physically sick knowing he was in poor conditions for so long. I had a $300 vet bill after picking him up to diagnose him with the skin conditions he developed there.

If I could I would give zero stars. I took my dog there for a short weekend. It took a very long time for them to open the door (over 10 minutes) when they knew I was coming. My dog stayed there for 2 days, when I picked her up (again it took 10+ minutes to get acknowledged) she was dirtier and smelled bad. The leash was returned to me in VERY POOR condition. It had been washed by staff because it was used on another dog and was dragged through feces as well as urine. Despite the wash and my later attempts, the leash had to be discarded. I made various attempts to reach the staff for a simple replacement but was ignored. $20 is an easy way to change a customer's opinion about attention to detail, or even a simple response to my voice mail and email. I bought a new leash, thanks for nothing. I will NEVER be a return customer again. Lesson learned. *****Follow up to the response... There was No discount given, for military service or otherwise, as alleged. We were in fact on-time however we waited for an unreasonable amount of time at the door for service despite being advised our show time would be okay. We were not late, time was accepted and updated for show time. Before I left I advised an ESTIMATE of pickup time, I provided a window of time which was also accepted because I would be out of town and could not forsee how traffic would be given the *JULY 4TH* holiday. I did complain about the leash so it was sprayed with deodorizer post-wash as if that would pacify me, to no avail. In a knotted Publix bag, in the back of a full size SUV, the stench was overwhelming. I had to drive with a window open. My friend offered to buy me a leash, was embarrassed and very apologetic. I had to take the leash and I didn't want to fuss over it, the business owner should have offered a replacement as it would have been the right thing to do. Too bad the obvious and common sense isn't as common as I thought, to right a wrong caused by the service provider. Upon returning to get THE dog A WHOLE DAY EARLY again it took an unreasonable amount of time to get service 10+ minutes, and pick up the dog. They apologized for the delay as was done at drop off time despite disclosing an update due to holiday traffic. There's no reason anyone should go through such an experience and worse, a first experience...all over a $20 leash? on top of that to reach out, be ignored, then attacked after a complaint goes public. I haven't wasted this much time over so little since I had lost a valuable during valet. I did not fuss over the fact that we were a day early for pickup, 2 days total, but were charged for 3 days in all. As with the specific holiday, there is no attention to detail as noted with my leash. Yes we are all human, prone to mistakes, but this was badly mishandled. No need for excuses, just right the wrong and own up to the problem. It's too bad it takes a complaint to get a response but now that it's out in public, what a surprise! I get a rebuttal and not only that but a personal attack? It goes to show the level of service to expect from this establishment. Should you not like the service and reach out, you'll be ignored, when you dispute on a public forum, you get attacked. I could not possibly care any less to be labeled as a red flag when I know this is a legitimate negative issue that needed to be disclosed. No embellishments or exaggerations. Do yourselves a favor and learn a lesson from my experience, avoid this place at all cost. This is what you should expect before and after everything is all said and done. ***An alternative is the Rover app***. We have had numerous positive outcomes there.
