Milligan Valley K9 Academy

We LOVE Milligan Valley! We have worked with Whitney and her colleagues since 2017 training two mastiffs over the years (and our daughter in law even used the techniques to train their lab puppy) One of our mastiffs babies is a dream, the other a nightmare LOL but Whitney gave us the support and confidence to have 400 pounds of furballs at once and we have never looked back. MV trains the humans as much as the dogs they work with. Having a challenging pet is never easy but it can sill be rewarding with the proper techniques and support.

Everyone at Milligan Valley is terrific! 5 years ago I had just had a baby and had a dog that was not listening and chewing anything he could get his paws on. The safety of our new baby was my top priority as I was worried for his safety with our pup. After my first meeting with Whitney I knew they were going to solve my problems. Bogey went to the 3 week training program and came home a well mannered dog. Anytime we go out of town we have him stay with them through the boarding program. When we pick him up we feel as though he just had a great refresher course with them. I couldn’t recommend Milligan Valley more!

Milligan Valley is the place to go. Witney and Danielle are amazing at training and honest with owners, helping them understand how to keep what the dog has learned, not just training a dog and letting it go. We went with the three-week board and train. It was tough leaving him, but so worth it. The cost was worth it as well. If you love your dog, and really want a companion, this is the place! Someone told me about Milligan Valley, and I decided to take a chance, and I am so glad I did. I am forever grateful for their help and truly recommend them to you! PS - So is Moose! From the moment I brought my Porti-Doodle Stella to Milligan Valley Board & Train at just 6 weeks old, I knew we were stepping into something special. Whitney, Danielle, and their amazing team gave Stella not just structure and training, but an incredible foundation for life. Today, Stella can go on off-leash walks with just her e-collar, responds quickly and confidently to verbal commands, and thrives within the clear boundaries we set together — all thanks to the thoughtful, consistent, and loving training she received.
