We apologize for not contacting you as you never mentioned 4 days ago (not a week as you mentioned) that you needed correspondence. When you dropped your dogs off you were unable to fill out the required by Missouri Department of Agriculture boarding form which clearly states our rates. So our team helped you fill it out. This is your second time using our services. Our rates have not changed from the first time. We offer a very wonderful service to our clients of being able to pick up their dogs 7 days a week including holidays anytime between 7 am and 7 pm. We know how important it is to our loving households to get their furry family members back as soon as possible. To be able to offer this service and to be able to give our clients the flexibility of being able to pick up at anytime (not just by a check out time), we charge for drop off day and pick up day as it states on our website and our boarding form. A reservation is not charged by night but rather we count each day. You could have clarified this at drop off and if you didn’t want to use our services you could have canceled. You treated the team very unkindly at drop off and called to apologize. That would have been another opportunity to clarify or cancel. But rather you used our full service and then mentioned it as you picked up your dogs.
