Maximize your dog's stay with us with our comprehensive board-and-train program. While boarding with us, your dog receives intensive, daily professional training to fast-track obedience and good manners.
Our premier immersive training program. Your dog stays with us and receives professional daily training from our experts, fast-tracking their obedience and transforming their behavior by eliminating bad habits and encouraging good ones.
This package teaches basic obedience or help with behavior modification or off-leash training. Board & Stay packages last for 2 weeks for the canine and 3 for the owner. First session is day of pickup and then moves to one session per week for the following 2 weeks of applying.
Let our professionals do the heavy lifting. Your dog stays with us for full-time immersive schooling, receiving multiple daily training sessions to fast-track their obedience & transform their behavior. Whether it's overnight or extended 3 week stay, we'll be happy to have them!

I am writing this review because, frankly, I was at my wit's end. Before taking my pup here, I had reached a breaking point. She was pushing every possible boundary, and despite my best efforts, I had genuinely decided that I couldn't keep her. It felt like the bond was broken and the behavior issues were beyond repair. She literally ate through 3 doors I called James and demanded that i be allowed to drop her off with little notice. He was so compassionate towards me. He listened to me rant. And he quietly offered me his availability and how he thought he could help. I was ready to relinquish my dog but James urged me not to do that. He found an avenue that he thought i could pursue and a course of action that he could help. After just a two-week board-and-train program as a last resort, the results have been nothing short of miraculous. James didn't just "watch" her; he and team clearly put in the work to understand her personality and address the root of her defiance...and then inform me (aka train me accordingly).I got so many updates...and he helped me fall in love with her again. When I picked her up after two weeks, I felt like I was bringing home a different dog. She is now focused, attentive, and—most importantly—wonderful to be around. The boundaries that used to be a daily battle were now respected, and our home is finally peaceful. If you are struggling with what you think is a difficult dog and feel like giving up, please give James and team a chance first. We took our reactive, anxious Border Collies to Midas Touch after a scary incident chasing cars. Walks had become overwhelming—they pulled constantly, struggled on leash, and we had started medicating them just to manage daily life. Working with James has made an incredible difference. His understanding of canine instincts and behavior is obvious, and he gave us practical, effective tools that really work. In a short time, our dogs are noticeably calmer, walking nicely at heel, and behaving well around other dogs. Best of all, they’re now off medication. We’re so grateful for the transformation. We came in about a little over a month ago with our 7 month German shepherd puppy for the leadership training. Murphy was scared, skiddish, and did not want to listen (because he could get away with it). From the first session, we learned so much about how to communicate to Murphy, how to have more confidence in ourselves as leaders, and were given the resources to succeed (as long as we did our part of practicing). After 5 sessions, we have a completely different dog. Not only were the sessions fun, but we learned so much. Our bond with Murphy is stronger and he always came home exhausted. Taking Murphy public places no longer stress us out as much because we can confidentially lead him and direct him. We still have a lot of work to do, but I’m so excited with how much this has helped and how James taught all of us.

I recently completed the 5-week obedience/leadership class with James, and I can’t recommend him enough. Going into it, I had a couple of specific behaviors I wanted to work on with my dog, but I also knew that a big part of this journey would be about me—building confidence and becoming a better leader. I’m happy to say I was not disappointed. By the end of the program, I felt so much more confident, and we saw a lot of progress with my dog. What really stood out to me is how James explains things. He helps you understand how a dog thinks and behaves, and he always takes the time to answer questions and explain the “why” behind what you’re doing. His approach is simple, clear, and practical—there’s no gimmicks or “magic,” just solid, effective training that works if you’re willing to put in the effort. This was absolutely worth the investment of both my time and money. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking for obedience training or wanting to build a better relationship and leadership dynamic with their dog. I’ll definitely consider working with him again in the future.
