Method K9, LLC

Greetings all, we recently had the privilege of taking our boy Brock to Method K9's 8-week board and train. I waited a few months to write this review to really see how he would do once home and with us as his trainers, and back to his normal life. This program works!!! He has done remarkably well and learned so much during the training, but don't be fooled it is a TEAM effort. You get out what you put in, this isn't a send your kid to boot camp and they come back perfect, and the training is done. Everyone involved has to learn and adapt and make positive changes. The instructional videos required to watch are key to success, teaching basic commands to more specific scenarios for all issues. My husband and I watched them over and over and over, quizzed each other, practiced and worked together all while Brock was in training. We waited anxiously every week for the personal videos we received of Brocks progress with Stephanie. We we're able to see how well he was doing and the struggles he was having, and every week got better and better. It has been 14 weeks since he came home from board and train and he's doing remarkable. This isn't without consistency and using all the tools we learned. If we slip, he slips, and it is very easy to become lazy and forget to use our tools we we're all taught. I cannot thank K9 Method enough for everything they did for Brock and our family. The training style K9 Method uses 100% works.

100/10 recommend! I cannot say enough good things about Method K9, Hope, and the rest of the staff. I have a fear/anxiety-reactive dog and both of our lives have completely changed for the better after working with Method K9. I felt completely supported from day one, and Hope and Method K9 care as much about my dog as I do. I left my dog with them for two months, and I didn't question for a second that he was extremely well taken care of and worked with in exactly the way he needed. The depth of their knowledge and compassion is unmatched. I will only use Method K9 for dog training for the rest of my life. On top of being amazing dog coaches, Method K9 is full of genuinely amazing people.

I attended the train the trainer 1.0 and it was an incredible experience! Stephanie is unbelievably intelligent and her thirst for knowledge is evident. It is abundantly clear that she would never do anything less than her best and that includes educating. Her teaching style is easy to understand but goes in depth on subjects you may not think about in dog training. I had several light bulb (and sometimes emotional) moments during the 5 days of class. She is incredibly generous to share her gift with the world. In addition Julius, Hope, and Karrie round out the stellar team and they all made me feel welcome. I left the program feeling challenged and changed. Thank you for the opportunity and future opportunities to learn.

I have been a longtime follower of Method K9 since finding Stephanie's videos on YouTube 3 years ago. I had the privilege of attending Method K9's Train the Trainer 1.0 course in October of this year, and it was more than I could have ever imagined! Stephanie, Karrie, Hope, & Julius were all so warm and welcoming, making all of us students feel at ease. Taking this course not only gave me an immense amount of knowledge and technique but gave me so much more confidence as an up-and-coming trainer. I would recommend Method K9's courses to anyone who is thinking about the career path of dog training, starting a rescue, daycare, or even just more knowledge as a dog owner. Stephanie & Hope have a special way of communicating their years of knowledge! I am so grateful that I was able to experience this course and I plan to return for Train the Trainer 2.0 Thank you!
