Passionate, efficient, and just really good at their jobs. Nick and his staff are absolutely top-notch people, are extremely committed to their clients, AND are all truly passionate their work. My 1 year-old lab completed 2 weeks of basic obedience training - worth every single penny. They did in 2 weeks what would have taken me months to well over a year to do and way beyond my expectations. The best part is that both me and my dog were given tools to keep training beyond what she learned at Mayday.

We recently just got our 8 month old Lab - Xander back from mayday dog training with nick may and are overly impressed with the outcome! I came to nick with a challenge to help train Xander for bird hunting and retrieving which is outside his normal programs, but man did he knock it out of the park. We have already taken Xander on 3 hunts and he has surpassed my expectations tenfold. Nick even came out on the first hunt with us to see it through and help teach me while we were hunting as well. I know many people who have sent their dogs away for months of hunt training and can’t compare to what nick accomplished in 3 weeks! Xander came back trained completely off leash and knowing directional signals which is key in the field. Not only were the results impressive but Nick kept in constant communication with video updates on his progress. I would recommend Nick and his team anyone wanting to get their dog to the next level, you won’t be disappointed !!

There are so many great things to say about Nick and his team. They are extremely professional and courteous. Firstly, our lives have changed dramatically with our 1 year old Bernedoodle, Mia. She was always a sweet, high energy dog but she for sure needed discipline and guidance. We were just miserable not being able to control her habits (pulling on the leash during walks, not listening to commands, jumping on guests etc.) we knew we needed help. I came across Mayday Dog Training on Instagram and saw how many dogs and dog owners lives have been improved through this training program. So, we called Nick and let me just say what a difference we have seen in Mia post-training. She is a completely different dog. It is definitely not cheap but 1000% worth the investment. We did on leash and off leash training that came with the E-Collar system (highly recommend both and NO it is not a shock collar). We are so excited to keep training her and staying consistent. I never would have thought we could walk her off leash or get her to listen. Do not think twice, if your pup needs training, Mayday Dog training should be your first choice.
