Mayday Dog Training

Nick has been my dog trainer for at least 2 years. I have had 2 dogs trained by Nick, one very easy to work with and my other dog not so very easy! The easy dog, Sophie, was trained in basic obedience and in protection training. When I started looking for a trainer I had interviewed several companies. What I loved about Nick is that since I lived fairly close to him, he came to my house to evaluate Sophie. Within the first 30 minutes of him just playing with Sophie, he had formed an amazing bond with her and had already taught her a few tricks! I was amazed. It made all the difference in the world to me how he bonds with dogs. It has been 2 years, and Sophie is one of the most obedient dogs I have ever been around. Due to the fact that I am a little more lax than I should be as a dog owner, I have taken Sophie back to Nick a few times for a refresher, only to find she is PERFECT with Nick and I was the one who needed to be retrained! My not so easy dog, Molly, was a rescue who had been obviously abused before I got her. It took a very long time for Molly to warm up to Nick, but she still learned a lot during her week there. Nick even sent me a video of Sophie and Molly walking together and following all Nick's commands. I have also sent my son and his German Shepard mix to Nick. It has been almost 2 years since Moose has been trained by Nick and due to the fact that my son is consistent with her, she is an amazingly well trained dog. I would not take my fur babies to anyone but Mayday Dot Training. Thank you, Nick, for all you have done for me and my family!
