We decided the 4 week Board and Train program was the best fit for what Benny needed as well as for everything we needed to learn in order to be better owners.
I felt so comfortable from the day I dropped him off.
The daily texts and updates and videos were the highlight of our day.
The visits and training that we received made us feel so confident that we could work through this with him.
Today, he came home and although he is knocked out from all his hard work, he already is showing us how much he learned. So confident....we actually called "confidence camp"🤣
If you want to enjoy your dog and really give them the best life, then a great training will do that.
Call Maximum K9 and you won't regret it.

I am so grateful that I trusted Maximum K9. My partner and I found a one-year-old stray German Shepherd who had been dumped, was malnourished, incredibly mouthy, had never been properly socialized, was not safe around our cats, and was highly dog reactive. We were only 25, first-time dog owners, and simply could not afford a board-and-train program. We knew that if we couldn’t make progress with her around our cats, we would not be able to keep her, which was absolutely heartbreaking. We went to Maximum K9 as a last hope.
From the beginning, they never tried to upsell us or make us feel guilty. They listened to our concerns, respected our budget, and created a plan that actually worked for us. It is rare to find a facility that genuinely puts the dogs and their owners first instead of making you feel like another sale.
Morgan has genuinely been life-changing for our family. She is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate and never once made me feel judged for our situation. She gave us clear guidance, explained the “why” behind what we were doing, and gave us the confidence to keep showing up for Nova. She had multiple strategies and approaches and tailored everything to Nova rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method. A special thank you also goes to her personal dog, Drac, who played such an important role in Nova’s progress. Morgan believed in our dog when we were scared and uncertain and celebrated every little win alongside us.
The progress Nova has made is something I once thought was impossible. She went from having explosive reactions to dogs over 30 feet away to staying under threshold around multiple dogs. Her relationship with our cats continues to improve every day. She is still a work in progress, but thanks to Morgan, we now have the tools, bond, and confidence to keep helping her succeed.
I’ve also been very impressed by the entire Maximum K9 team. Other trainers have stepped in to help Nova many times, and every person we’ve met has been kind, knowledgeable, and professional. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and work together as a team.
I truly don’t know where we would be without Morgan and Maximum K9. They gave us hope when we felt completely defeated, and because of that, they helped keep our family together. Finding a facility like this is rare.
I cannot recommend Maximum K9 enough, and I can’t wait to continue our journey with them. ❤️

Professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, patient and dedicated are only some of the words I would use to describe them. We loved receiving photos and videos and absolutely benefited from our training classes and home visits! After three weeks, our Harrison is a well behaved excellent listener! He knows his commands and has great manners! We are becoming better parents and look forward to learning more! We already scheduled group training!
