FirstBarkJillian is amazing! She turned my impossibly stubborn beagle into a new dog. He isnt perfect but she has made it to where living with him will be way more enjoyable. I can’t thank her enough for the work she has done. HIGHLY recommend!!

Jillian is on that grind daily to meet your specific training needs for obedience around the house, in public, accommodate disabilities with individual tasks and much more! I have personally witnessed her high-level study and practice habits bleed into refined technique accelerating the progress of her client's dogs in demeanor as well as impulse control. The time Jillian and her staff take to break down the material, handling techniques, and provide supervised practice for the owners to gain confidence and stability in handling technique is second to none. Not only in the moment when an opportunity for payment arises, but off the clock when she can easily ignore me (no pay), but she views these events as opportunities to train and put more investment into her dogs, clients relationship, and herself. I appreciate the time and work Jillian sets into her craft; I love that she is hungry and you can tell her motivation is intrinsic and more profound than what money can satisfy.
Jillian is a great trainer. She is really flexible and will work with any schedule. She is easy to work with and reliable. We learned so much from her and so did our puppy. He would get excited every week when he would see her coming. Jillian will also be boarding our puppy when we go away this summer. Highly recommend

Jillian Rich is kind, compassionate and an exceptionally talented trainer. She has developed a specialized program to address the problem behaviors exhibited by our young exerburant male standard poodle. She listened to us, assessed our needs and then trained all of us for remarkable results. I was severely injured in an accident with him bolting which required surgical repair. To be honest I was terrified it might happen again. But with Jillian’s board and training program I now have complete confidence in my dog and me. Whatever issues you are having with your dog— young or old, she can help. We had attended classes in two other locations yet didn’t experience the intended results until we secured Jillian’s expertise. Call her first— she is amazing and you can experience for yourself how happy and well mannered your furry family member will become and how proud you will feel. Jillian Rich is an exceptional trainer!
