Maine Refined K9

I cannot begin to express the amazing job Devin has done with my fur baby Theia. The difference in behavior and listening are quite literally night and day. Theia did the 5 week program and is such a confident dog, which is a stark contrast from the nervous dog that hated being alone and barked at every sound and person that walked by. I won’t go anywhere else for anything related to my dogs because I know they’re in great hands with Devin.

I cannot recommend Devin at Maine Refined K9 enough! We sent our 4-year-old Rottweiler, Loki, to Devin for a 5-week board and train to work on general obedience and reactivity. Loki is as stubborn as they come, but holy cow—what a difference! Devin was able to push right through that stubbornness, hold Loki accountable, and build real structure. Loki is home now and we are excited to implement these training techniques in our home. He is showing huge improvements, especially with his vehicle reactivity and overall responsiveness to commands. We still have a way to go on our journey, but we are so excited to continue our at-home sessions with Devin and watch Loki continue to thrive and grow. Thank you, Devin!

Meet Jack! Jack is a two year old Staffy. He is the life of the party, the main snuggler of the group, and the most happy boy. Jack did have some issues that were beyond my abilities to correct. Jack needed someone who could be firm and direct. Devin was who Jack needed and he also loved on my boy while in his care. Jack did a 4 week board and train. He’s found his confidence, is MUCH less reactive, and LOVES to work. He is such a smart boy. Jacks learning doesn’t stop there… we will continue to utilize Maine Refined K9 to hone in on Jacks strengths and help him continue to have the very best life. I trust Devin to do what’s best for my sweet Jack, and that means protect his loving and life of the party personality, while training Jack to be his very best when we are out and about. Thank you Maine Refined K9 for helping me to ensure a safe and happy life for Jack but also keeping the door open for us to continue to learn! Your expertise and love for my pup is SO appreciated!!
