I have truly, in my life, never met a more unpleasant human being than Gina. She’s rude to her customers, she’s rude to her employees. She yells and berates everyone in her vicinity, never taking responsibility for her own failures and poor scheduling. She actually endangered my safety by poorly wrapping the mouth of a rattlesnake, which struck at me and it could’ve been bad. If you can find this service absolutely anywhere else, do. It’ll be cheaper and the trainer might actually treat you decently.

My husband should have seen all of this as a red flags when Gina was TOO eager to collect FULL CASH $1,855 for puppy training, she kept calling my husband New Year's Eve requesting he stops by her house to pay her CASH for the full amount in order to reserve our German shepherd puppy a spot for her next puppy training class. We never signed any documents or agreements as we're still undecided whether we wanted to proceed with her puppy training, she kept insisting that a payment must be made by end of the year. My husband then transferred half $927.50 per Gina's request via Zelle. From previous verbal arrangements that puppy training will start 9am Monday, my husband drove to Gina's property, she peeked through the window and did not open the door. Instead texted my husband and said, her assistant doesn't come in until 10am on Mondays. My husband and I lost trust as we were led to believe that we're hiring Gina as the puppy trainer and not the assistant we have zero knowledge about any training or experience. My husband cancelled the puppy training and requested for the $927.50 back, Gina refused to issue this amount back to us. There was no service done to my dog, there was no legal agreements signed that my dog was even signed up for her puppy class as she rushed us to pay her New Year's Eve without having any proper administrative docs completed. This woman is openly stealing our money and she has zero care or remorse about stealing this amount without providing service. We have requested for a refund repeatedly and she insisted that it's not possible. I feel awful for Gina's future victims and I can't believe that this business is still open and operating. No business should remain open if they operate business in this manner. It’s been over 5 months and she still haven’t refunded our $927.50 - she’s stealing and getting away with it. Don’t trust! Run!! Take your business elsewhere.
