I don’t usually write reviews but I want anyone who is searching for a dog trainer to know about Frank and Kayla. I was in desperate need of help for Lucy, my 70lb. Bernie doodle who is almost 2 yrs. When I took her to them she was afraid of people and loud noises made her freeze. I couldn’t get her in a car and walks were becoming impossible because of all her fears. After evaluating her Frank felt Lucy would need to board and train for 4 weeks. I was very confident in him after he explained his approach. Frank assured me I could visit regularly which was comforting. With every visit I witnessed a more confident and obedient Lucy. When it was time to train me Frank spent as much time as it took for me to become the boss. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Frank and Kayla are exceptional trainers as well as kind and caring people who want the best for you and your fur baby. As Frank says “We are friends forever.” Life at home is great now. “Happy dog, Happy life.” Thank you a million Frank and Kayla!

I honestly don’t know where to start, Frank and Kayla have been heaven sent. We initially came to them with help for our sweet Indie. Frank guided us with a gentle but firm hand. I only say firm because he had confidence in us when we didn’t see it. He pushed me way out of my comfort zone(in a good way) and taught me how to communicate with my dog for probably the first time ever. Fast forward a few months and they allowed us to bring our other dog, Addie to train as the initial issue was with them not getting along. Frank and Kayla have gone above and beyond to make sure we feel comfortable with the entire training process. We have had many training sessions at their facility and in our home. They have a vision for what they want the end game to look like and will work tirelessly to see the job through until the end and it is insanely obvious they love what they do. I am eternally grateful for the time and effort they have put into us to ensure we are giving our dogs the best environment in which to thrive. Thank you for believing in us even when we didn’t. We have nothing but love and respect for you guys!

I had a fantastic experience with my dog here. After the program, my dog Bodhi was so much more relaxed and calm. This isn't just a one and done thing, it helps to change they way you behave with your fur babe. It's strengthens the bond and creates trust on both ends of the relationship. I would recommend this to anyone who needs any degree of help with tough to tackle behavioral problems. I can now take me pup anywhere and enjoy being out and about without anxiety because I feel more confident in myself and my dog.

We were having issues with our 16 month old cocker spaniel. We had taken her to other trainers and while she would sit and down and mostly stay, she would not come most of the time. Ella, our cocker spaniel, got out while my brother was watching her and she ran down the street. This freaked us out as we live near a busy street. We were recommended to Lupo. We met Frank and Kayla and were very impressed with how Frank really took the time to explain how he trains. Ella stayed with him for several weeks and I was able to visit. When we could not visit, Frank sent videos. We were so impressed by the progress Frank made with her. The day we picked her up, we had to be trained as well. We literally spent the day. Ella now comes when called, heels when told, downs and stays until released and more! I give Frank more than 5 stars as her training gives us piece of mind and that is worth so much more than the fee we paid. I highly recommend Frank at Lupo!
