Frank and Kayla have done such a fantastic job in starting the future of a beautiful relationship between Bella and myself. They taught ME that her drive is to be around and with ME and reinforced what SHE already knew. The way Frank is able to read and disect the 4 legged as well as the human side of the relationship is astounding. I love his direct approach and his will to want YOU to succeed. I truly believe that this is not about his abilities, but it is about what your dogs abilities are and how to direct you to maximize them to work for you. He trains YOU just as much as he trains your furry family member., if not more...as long as you are willing to accept his critiques. Frank has helped me understand what the drive in Bella is and how to stear her in the right direction to make her shine and better my abilities in allowing her to bet herself while helping me at the same time. Frank is very honest in his assessments. If he sees you make a mistake, he will call you on it and explain the situation and the effect it could have. The time and energy he puts into the dog AND the owner shows that he cares. He is always responsive to questions and concerns, even after the dog is back home. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS!!! Frank and Kayla have been absolutely incredible in training my dog as a service dog.
