Lucky Star Dog Training

We took our dog to Lucky Star based on a friend’s recommendation, and it was truly the best decision. Before training, she was smart but really stubborn — no recall, ignored us constantly, and was tough to manage. After working with Jenn and Aaron, she’s now the easiest, happiest dog. We can take her anywhere, and she listens with such excitement to please. They’re absolute pros who clearly care deeply about what they do — we couldn’t recommend them enough!

I cannot recommend Jennifer and Aaron of Lucky Star Dog Training enough! I put my 6 month old dog into the Lucky Star Dog Training 3-week board and train program. I was a little nervous at first about the cost but WOW it was worth every penny to have a dog that is trained, confident and to have this from the start of her life is amazing. I still can't believe that I have a dog that can walk off-leash just as well as on-leash. My dog was nervous around other dogs but that quickly changed through the boarding program as well. At the end of the training/boarding period Jennifer took the time to thoroughly explain the training methods and made sure I understood everything. She also checked in with me after I took my dog (Bailey) home and made sure everything was going well.

The BEST dog trainers! We took our first dog there 1.5 years ago and were so incredibly pleased and thoroughly impressed. When we adopted our 2nd dog, we immediately got her signed up as well. They are amazing trainers and well worth it. I would highly recommended this over any other trainers. I will gladly drive almost 3 hrs to send my pups to this training and not even look for one closer as I completely trust their knowledge, kindness, experience, and love of dogs.

We had a fantastic experience with Lucky Star Training! Jenn was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and made the training easy to understand. We saw great results, and the follow-up support was clear and simple to stick with. Highly recommend—10/10! We especially loved the opportunity to send our puppy to single day doggy daycare before she started training to see how she did before that process started.
