We train and use our dogs for the purpose of finding wounded big game, deer and bear. We are located in Louisburg, NC. We service Franklin and surrounding counties. We have a 4 run indoor/outdoor dog kennel with heat and AC and can board dogs for training in big game recovery. We also breed and sell AKC registered standard Wirehaired Dachshunds for the purpose of hunting and tracking, occasionally offering trained and started dogs. Jeff and Cooper are the best. Reached out to Jeff after a not so perfect shot. He answered my questions, and drove a good ways to track my buck. Last blood was probably 25 yards from shot location. Cooper got right on it and within 20 mins found him probably 300 yards away, across the creek, in thick cover, in the opposite direction the buck left after the shot. I would recommend them to anyone, can't imagine any other tracking team can top this team.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot of stuff that I didn't know about tracking deer. They found my deer that ran off about 75 yards in the wood line, after I lost blood about 10-15 yards from where I shot the deer. I would highly recommend Jeff. Jeff and his dog Cooper make an amazing team.

I shot a 164” mammoth and made a rather poor shot on the deer. The deer crossed a creek 125 yards from the point of impact. I found small amounts of blood near the creek and then nothing. I backed out and found a number for Jeff with Low to the Ground Kennel. The number was provided to me by a friend who knew of Jeff’s services and had heard good reviews. Jeff was unable to come out until the next day at noon placing the time between impact and track at around 18 hours. Jeff and his K-9 Cooper set out tracking this wounded animal. Jeff and Cooper tracked this beast for an hour and nearly nearly a half mile before they found the first blood sign. Ultimately, they found this trophy for me 800-900 yards from impact. I would highly recommend Jeff and Cooper’s services and will not hesitate to contact him in the future. Awesome job and it turns out, Jeff got as excited to find this trophy as I was. Thank you for all the help!
