We had such a great experience with the dog training team! Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They were also really flexible, which made the whole process stress-free. Our pup Pepper, had a few unwanted behaviors that we didn’t know how to handle, but with Jalan’s help, those issues were completely turned around. She’s an amazing trainer—patient, clear, and really knowledgeable. We’re so grateful for her support and would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing help with their pup. Prince is a one-year-old Cane Corso who, before training, wouldn’t listen to me—or anyone else, for that matter. He was never aggressive, but he had no awareness of his size and strength. When he was a puppy, it was easier to manage him, play with him, and carry him. But as he grew, he still expected the same treatment. I now realize that I made mistakes as an owner by not setting boundaries early on and not holding him accountable for his behavior. Taking Prince for walks was impossible—he was far too strong for me to handle. Vet visits were stressful, and being around other people or dogs always made me anxious. I tried everything I could on my own, but nothing seemed to work. After doing a lot of research, I came across Lone Star State K9 LLC on Google—and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to both Prince and me. Lone Star State K9 LLC truly changed our lives. Prince enrolled in their six-week board-and-train program, and it was worth every second. I’m incredibly grateful to Shiloh and her amazing team for loving and caring for my baby boy as if he were their own. I saw improvement from the very first video they sent me—I could hardly believe how well he was doing! Prince’s biggest issues were jumping on people and not walking properly on a leash. But through their training, not only was he corrected and held accountable, but I was too. I’ve learned that being a responsible dog owner means continuing that training at home. It’s not just a one-time fix—it’s a lifestyle, and I’m still learning every day how to be better for Prince. I’ll always be thankful to Lone Star State K9 LLC, and I fully intend to return for more training sessions. I don’t care if I have to drive two or three hours—it’s absolutely worth it. Had to spend extended time away from my 5 month old pup and didn't want her to just sit around so took her to Lone Star State K9 for some training. I couldn't have done better. They socialized her taking her to all kinds of places and got her around other dogs for correct interactions. Training helped progress her obedience for me and taught her some new skills too. They kept me updated the entire time with photos and videos. In short they did an excellence job with her and took wonderful care of her. I'd be more than happy to take her back if needed or refer others to Lone Star State K9.
