Life is dog, Inc

I called and inquired about a puppy I had and wanted to take to training and possibly daycare ,talked to the trainer on the phone and said everything sounds good. Just submit the online form. I then went down to visit because I would never send my dog to a place that I could not see and when I got there they had just talked to me through the ring camera and then said somebody would be out, a manager came out to the lobby area where there is an open office. We talked went over everything again about attending daycare and training said everything would be good. Just had to make an appointment and fill out the email paperwork which I said I had and he had mentioned that he saw it. Just hadn't completed it yet. I kept hinting I wanted to tour the place but it wasn't offered and they didn't seem like they were going to let me. So that was fine. I left but then when I got home I got an email and they said that my dog who was about 12 lb was too small they don't accept any dogsl ess than 10 lbs. I emailed back saying that's strange because I've already talked and visited and you knowing how much my dog weighed you didn't have an issue with it. And now your emailing me telling me that my dog wouldn't be accepted because of the size and weight is an issue. That was weird but to my benefit it worked out I got to go to a place that was nice and more advanced and had more to offer ,LID is an old Dunkin converted into a dog place so it's really just a parking lot and then the inside which they wouldn't let me see so I can't really say what it looked like but that was my experience.

My dog has been going to day camp here for a couple of years, and the experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is wonderful, and they genuinely care about the health and well-being of the dogs. A year ago my dog developed severe anxiety, getting so bad that he panicked if we set foot off our property. Walking him was a battle, which made me anxious, only feeding his anxiety, so eventually I stopped trying. He went from being a dog that loved going for walks, to hiding in his crate when I grabbed his leash or mentioned the word. Nothing I did helped, so a few months ago I started a training program at Life is Dog. Our trainer, Roberta, was kind and knowledgeable. We focused mainly on building my dog’s confidence and some loose leash walking. I learned so much! Roberta gave me the tools to help decrease his anxiety and get us on the path to enjoying our walks again. I’m happy to say the training and consistency paid off! I continue to work with him on confidence building, but he has come so far. He now gets excited about going for walks, and we are both so much happier! Truly life changing!
