Let's Train! Dog Training

I recently got a puppy, German Shepherd and Giant Schnauzer mix. I had very little experience with big dogs previously. Signed up for the puppy socialization classes and have 0 complaints. Every trainer and every staff member I've spoken to is polite, knowledgeable and passionate. The booklet they gave out had valuable info and I refer to it regularly. I've learned a lot, my dog has learned a lot, and I feel excited to learn more. They sell good quality food and treats, toys, and their classes are great. 100% going to be proceeding with their levels and adolescent courses. Don't be deterred by any price you see on their courses - they're crazy good value and will make you feel welcome. They don't push extra things on you, and I genuinely feel like they care about both me and my dog. I don't write reviews often, but Let's Train deserves every positive comment I or any one else has made. If you have a dog and they aren't going here, you're doing it wrong.

I was very excited to take my dog to Let's Train originally and started with 2 private lessons. The first lesson was fine and the second did not really get started as we were moved from room to room (it seemed like there were a lot of trainer and lessons changes going on that evening which is totally understandable). When my dog was reacting to the other dogs and chaos, the trainer I was assigned to did not seem like she was focused on the lesson. All of this would be understandable but the reason for the 1 star was that after this experience, I tried to schedule my next private lesson and never heard back from the company or the trainer (she had asked that I text her personally). I did so, she texted back once and I never heard from her again. I tried leaving a message at the listed number for Let's Train but never heard back from anyone else either. I really wanted to like Let's Train and continue with training there but was prevented from doing so by their unresponsiveness.
