FirstBarkOur Doodle was reluctant to do Anything during her day training sessions, she had a difficult 6 years before we adopted her. We decided to do training at home, and she is a different dog! She has a Huge personality and is clearly happy and content with us! Highly recommend!

Hi, my name is Kris, and I am a professional dog trainer with a passion for unlocking the true desire each dog has for pleasing their owner. As an active duty soldier, I saw first hand how far a well trained dog will go to demonstrate their loyalty. Your dog wants that relationship with you too and with the right training goals and methods, you and your dog can know a disciplined and fulfilling bond. My training philosophy is based on a balanced approach that combines positive reinforcement techniques with fair and humane corrections. I brought both my dogs in for protection work, but after working with both of them, it was clear that they were to friendly and I so appreciated how upfront they were about not doing that kind of work, so I am now working on training my CC to do tracking and my Dobie to do pursuit work, I love working with Nicole, she is an awesome trainer, I wouldn’t take my dogs to anyone else.

Absolutely amazing trainers. They started training my dog, knowing that I would be using her as my medical alert/PTSD service dog. They not only trained my Josie, but they also trained me on how to work with my dog being that she will be my service dog. I had reached my limit with how well I could train her myself. They took what I had done and magnified it exponentially and turned my josie into what i've deemed to be a perfect dog. Even though she is not fully trained yet, I already get compliments everywhere I go on how well behaved and well trained she is. Whether you have a completely unruly dog or your dog just needs a little bit of fine-tuning in their training, I more than highly recommend legion k9 to assist you in getting your dog trained to your satisfaction.

Amazing experience with everyone at Legion K9! We brought our 2 high-energy GSPs in who struggled with leash pulling, counter surfing and overall manners with guests in our home. Right off the bat, we knew we were in good hands with Kris and his team who have extensive experience training working dogs. Our trainer, Susanna, is incredibly knowledgeable and was such a pleasure to work with. Her training instructions for us were always clear and easy to implement at home. More importantly, our dogs were always excited to go to training sessions and work with the team! Our 2 dogs (five months and two years old) are now able to heel and roam around off leash, and obey basic commands. We can’t recommend Legion K9 enough!
