LECA

Izzy has learned so much at LECA. In the first two weeks of her trial, she learned to lay without using cues other than the command. Additionally, she learned touch which has helped enormously on walks. Izzy is an energetic dog and she always comes home tired from a day of learning and playing. The structure at Lega is incredibly beneficial for her. They meet her where she’s at and work on skills specific to her. For example, staying calm and not playing with every dog that she encounters on a walk. Her recall has improved greatly, and they ask for feedback as to what we need help with at home.She loves the trainers and we feel comfortable sending her for daycare and boarding. Thank you for all your help with Izzy and we wish we had found you sooner!

Our 5 year old CKC Lottie just completed one month of school & the leash training course at LECA. While it’s hard to teach an old dog new tricks, we definitely noticed an improvement! We also took advantage of the unlimited 1:1 parent teacher conferences, where we learned how to continue training at home. All of the trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable, and we especially enjoyed working with Justin. We would recommend LECA to all dog parents.

So thankful for the team at LECA. My German shepherd puppy, Guinness, has been a wonderful addition to our family - but it has definitely been a challenge. My friend recommended LECA to me and I am so happy that I trusted her recommendation. He goes to “school” 3 days a week for 4 hours, where he gets one-on-one training, enrichment, and socialization with other dogs and the trainers. The school membership also comes with unlimited classes and one-on-ones for me with a trainer, which makes the price point more than worth it. He comes home tired, but we noticed within the first week that school has the most positive benefits for him and his behavior. He is always so excited to go to school and I love learning from the trainers. I recommend LECA to anyone who wants to enrich their pet’s life!

Our sweet girl Olive has attended daycare at LECA for several months, and she loves it! She joined our family as a skittish and fearful rescue pup, but thanks to her socialization and training at LECA, she is gaining confidence both at home and on outings. The LECA team has been very helpful in addressing our concerns and giving us the tools to continue their work at home. We would recommend LECA to any dog owner who is seeking the socialization and stimulation of daycare paired with ongoing training.
