Not happy about the whole experience. Where to start, I booked an appointment to go see the place. They sent me paperwork or else I wouldn't be seen with my dog. They sent a contract (whether you do boarding or not) you must agree and sign. We went and met with Lara, we did not get a good feeling since we parked and saw the place. It looks a little abandoned. But we proceeded inside and the first person who greeted us didn't even look at our dog, she hardly looked at us and said someone will be with us shortly, no manners. Lara was a little weird, she did some things to check my dog's reactions that made our dog scared of her. Me and my husband were actually confused at the things she did like banged the wall and made super loud noises, forced our dog to sit by forcing her legs and neck towards the ground (according to her she was checking how our dog reacted to pressure) The rest of the visit our dog was so scared by my husbands side, standing the whole time near the door. She did not want to get close to Lara. And then the cherry on top was, Lara directed me to the other office where a lady said to me, hold on let me put my mascara on because I am recuperating from COVID. Really? she charged me $145 dollars for that visit. She handed me a pen and then grabbed my credit card (and all I thought to myself was...oh Lord! I hope I don't get sick. It was a complete disaster. The place was not pleasent at all, it lacks maintenance. They have 2 trainers for about 35-40 dogs. I was thinking the whole time when do they train these amount of dogs? a 2 week training for $1,800 and the hour we were there all dogs were in crates and gates. No one was training any dogs. Crazy! I will never leave my dog there no matter what other reviews say. They called us twice to make the appointment, no wonder why...they charged us $145 dollars to ask a few questions and make our dog scared. Do not recommend this place if you are looking for a good experience all together.
