1000% a scam. I took my puppy for a board and train. You go in for an “evaluation/ consultation” and then they want you to pay up front. I asked them to address a few normal puppy concerns like jumping and nipping which they did not do. Upon taking my dog home he showed absolutely no regard for any of the commands he was “taught.” When I contacted Lara the blame was put on me. They said that I must be using the commands wrong. They offered for me to go back so they could reshow me how to command “properly.” I did this and still no change. They said it was unreasonable to expect for my dog to be there for 2 weeks and be a newly trained dog. That it was my responsibility to train him the commands that they supposedly taught him. Well then what was my almost $2,000 for? I understand having to practice in order to keep up with them but this was far more than that. They were not interested in helping or finding a real remedy to the situation.

It’s always a great feeling seeing my pup’s excitement when they see me packing up their boarding bag for drop off, they love it here!😊 I’ve been taking my Boxers here for 9 years and can’t say enough wonderful things about Lara and her staff. I’ve sent all three to on/off leash training, and they receive so many compliments when we go out around town. I will also say that I’ve had to board them a couple times at other places (due to not booking here early enough), and can say that their pricing is the fairest pricing out of all the training & boarding facilities around.

Don’t Do it ! Scam ! Don’t care about the past reviews ! Lara’ scam Solutions will have you fill out a contract on line , then will ask to come in and evaluate your dog ? So we bring in our puppy talk with someone about the puppies life style for 20 minutes And then the ask for payment ! That’s the scam they hope you don’t read the contract They want $145 just to talk about the over price training ! Then they say the $145 will go towards you training payment . Scam ! Got a bad feeling about the place when we pulled up and went in ! The place looks like a old puppy farm . Also I did not see no training going on ! Also the person we talked to about training told us that they use shock collars and prong collars To train dogs with ! It was a 100 plus degree day and saw lots of kennels outside with dogs left out in the heat ! Did not like the looks of the kennels with tarp over the top for shade . Very disappointed in this place
