Our balanced trainer's and positive based methods help you achieve this goal. All group classes are held at our training facility at 2720 Hartford Dr. Lake Stevens, wa. I sought help with what I thought was my aggressive German Shepard, Kim set me up to work with Barb. I am so glad she did, not only did she help my pup but she also helped me as an owner. Barb explained to me that the behavior I saw in my dog was caused by social anxiety. We did private lessons to start building his confidence. The end result was shocking! I am so thankful for Barb & her training. Now I can handle my dog confidently and continuing working with my k9 in the future.
The trainers at Lake Stevens K9 Academy are great!! We worked with Barb and she has helped us so much with our 10 month old Labradoodle. Barb works with you and your dog to find the right solution for each issue you are facing. So glad we used Lake Stevens K9 Academy!

Barbara is a great instructor and many years of knowledge. She had great insight and a wonderful character and a great love for dogs. She posses multiple ways to work with the dogs and the owners. She has a great personality and was very patient and insightful as well as understanding. I'd say she's the best trainer I've ever experienced and wouldn't want any other. I will highly recommend her services to anyone in need of k-9training. She also does boarding, daycare and grooming. Great trainer and was very sincere about what she does. Her love for dogs really shows as for she also shows Bullmastiffs and has experience breeding show dogs. Just a great experience with Barbara all around!
We brought our two dogs for a short visit to prepare for an overnight stay. Kim is awesome, very confident and knows her stuff!
