KW Happy Dogs

We have loved our experience with Kirsten. She is extremely knowledgable and easy to work with. After every session she sends you notes and videos summarizing what you worked on that day. It makes it easy to remember what to practice at home. We recently adopted an American Bully, named Leroy, whose prey drive (we have A LOT of squirrels in our neighborhood) and active mind was making it hard to go on walks and settle at home. Kirsten taught us commands and routines that have made a world of difference for Leroy and our family. She has also helped us better understand the interactions between Leroy and our other dog. Kirsten's business name says it all, she does help create Happy Dogs!

I highly recommend Kirsten. We have only had one session so far and I already have some powerful tools to command or redirect my high-energy 21-month-old’s attention. She is intuitive, calm, and uses positive reinforcement that speaks to the way a dog’s brain works. No shock collars. No heavy-handed methods. No ego. Just common sense techniques that work. We both love her. Louis stood on the hill and watched her drive away after our session. That’s respect (particularly since one of his best friends was waiting to play right behind him). I’m so glad I found her. I feel very supported.
