We highly recommend KPro K9. Our trainer Cassie is a true professional and a wealth of knowledge. She modeled training techniques for us and helped our two Labradors with manners and obedience. Cassie has a positive, flexible approach and instinctively knew what our dogs needed. They absolutely loved her and thrived under her training. Additionally, we became more confident dog owners because of Cassie. Our dogs are now able to successfully walk in public and politely greet people and other dogs. Cassie is such a pleasure!

I got an 8 month old pup from Nassau humane society; energetic, somewhat traumatized, still doing puppy nipping. Signed up for the puppy class on Amelia Island, we lucked out and got the best trainer ever, Cassie Hatch! It is obvious that Cassie loves dogs but she also has the understanding & experience that allows her to identify the issues quickly. Her solutions to my frustration & Peanut's problem behaviors were insightful & effective. She takes the time needed and has even come to the house to see the issues for herself. The amazing thing to watch is Peanut's immediate respect for Cassie and her calm encouragement for proper behavior. Sure was more effective than my frustrated, angry correction for bad behavior.
