KPro K9

Cassie, our KPro K9 trainer, has been a pleasure to work with. She has been very considerate in accommodating sessions of various lengths, especially during the hot, summer days. Her skills with dogs are clearly evidenced by how she managed to help my little Wheaton Terrier become more receptive to commands, with much less fear of other dogs, and generally just less of a Wheaton Terror. Cassie's training, of both myself as a dog owner, and my dog, will undoubtedly improve the quality of life for us both and for that I am very thankful. I can't recommend Cassie and KPro K9 enough!

I engaged KPro K9's after seeing how well behaved my neighbor's German Shepard puppy now dog was after working with the team at KPro K9 for my Golden Retriever Puppy. We were matched with Ryan. Ryan has been wonderful to work with and met us where we needed to be. I have hired a trainer for each of my goldens over the years. It helps ensure training is done. Our goal with our puppy is to be able to take her ANYWHERE and have her welcomed as a well behaved guest. With dogs being welcomed in so many places in Fernandina, this will make her life so much fuller. We have been fortunate to also participate in their Dock diving and meet the other trainers and clients. We are moving on to do Intermediate training only to be able to get our Puppy to an advanced level. Our last class was on a Saturday morning and we successfully walked without a problem through the downtown and the Farmers Market. If this is what you are seeking to have for a life with your dog, KPro K9 is worth the investment in your family member. Think of the value spread-out over 13 years. Ryan is amazing and now not just a trainer but a family friend.

We had a wonderful experience with Cassie from KProK9! She gave us exactly the tools we needed to shape the behavior of our two pups and enhance their recall! She was able to give us strategies to fit our unique situation (being on a horse farm) and was able to pinpoint our problems and start working to fix them right away. She was always willing to trouble shoot via text in between sessions, and she came up with unique situations to test our progress. She was very willing to involve our 9 year old in the training process, and he even taught our dogs a few bonus tricks under her guidance! Several other trainers from KProK9 were also helpful by dropping by to test our new behaviors in real world situations, and we have been nothing but impressed with the whole team!

My husband and I highly recommends Guy Smith of KPro K9 in Jacksonville, Fl. Guy is so professional and has had excellent communication from day one! Guy has changed my dog's life and mine in so many ways! I am so grateful! After using other training companies with barely any results, I signed my 1 1/2 year old rottie up for the 2 week boot camp training course, and my dog came back a totally different dog. She was a lot calmer and responded positively to commands, constantly looking at Guy for more direction. You can truly tell that Guy loves what he does and my dog loves interacting him. He is so patient when working with my husband and I as well as he is good with my dog. We also use his boarding and training services whenever we have to go out of town.
