We cannot recommend Christa highly enough! Entrusting someone else with your dogs is never easy, especially when both of them had behaviors we knew needed work. From the very beginning, Christa made us feel completely confident that Lorenzo and Matilda were in the best hands. One of our favorite parts of the experience was the thoughtful updates she sent while we were away on vacation. Every message, photo, and video gave us so much peace of mind. It was obvious that our dogs weren’t just learning better habits; they were genuinely having fun, building confidence, and receiving so much love and attention. Being able to fully enjoy our trip knowing they were safe, happy, and thriving was such a gift. When we picked them up, the progress was incredible. Christa took the time to get to know both dogs as individuals and tailor her approach to each of them. She didn’t just train Lorenzo and Matilda, she taught us how to continue reinforcing everything they learned, making us feel prepared and confident to keep their progress going at home. We were also incredibly grateful for Christa’s flexibility. Even with what is clearly a very busy schedule, she worked with us to accommodate our travel plans and shifting dates. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she was always patient, thoughtful, and willing to help. What stands out most is how much Christa genuinely cares. It never felt like this was “just another job.” She celebrated our dogs’ wins, cared deeply about their well-being, and treated them like they were her own. That combination of knowledge, patience, and compassion is hard to find. Thank you, Christa, for giving us so much peace of mind while we were away and for helping Lorenzo and Matilda become happier, more confident dogs. We are so grateful for everything you’ve done for our family and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a trainer who truly changes lives, both canine and human.

(Update to my 2025 reviews) I want to thank Christa for another amazing week for Santino. He cringes when I tell everybody it is the best board school ever! He prefers to call it the “Best Dog Only Airbnb” providing local excursions in North Olmsted ❣️ 🐾⭐️🐾⭐️🐾⭐️🐾⭐️🐾⭐️🐾⭐️🐾⭐️🐾 I adopted a five-year-old Italian Greyhound last year. Santino had never been away from his birth farm and was nervous, skittish, and anxious. He had no obedience training and even had to learn to navigate up and down stairs. Moving to Westlake highlighted his extreme flight response, which was very dangerous for him and very limiting for our travels. After only one month with Christa, he is a different dog. He is now obedient, confident, and attentive when hearing a command. I am so excited to see where our adventures take us next. I nicknamed Christa the Dogician, because she is truly a magician with our beloved pups! I highly recommend working with her so our dogs can live their best lives with us! Update: after graduating 🎓 last month, Santino joined a pack hike with Christa and her former students. It was a great day of socializing, exploring, and practicing all that he has learned. He has worked so hard to live his best life and even enjoyed an outdoor concert at the Rocky River City Hall without any anxiety. My blessings come with four paws. 🐾🐾 Thank you Christa! 💕

Thanks to Christa and her wealth of dog knowledge, both Gus (my 2 year old rescue) and I lead healthier, happier lives. I noticed some concerning behavior - resource guarding, unable to touch his feet for nail trims, random dog aggression, separation anxiety, to name a few - with Gus that I wasn’t having any success correcting. I ended up calling Christa for a phone consult based on some authentic appearing reviews on google and social media. After that call, I felt reassured and decided to do a month of board and train, which I never thought I’d survive. It all was well worth it and just regret that I didn’t do it sooner. Gus was an anxious pup and she has retrained his entire self to be confident, secure and obedient. We do multiple daily walks off-leash now in the city without him being tempted to run off or be distracted by other dogs, or chasing cats or squirrels. We can play fetch in a busy park and he can get exercise without having to go to a remote area or put him in a dog daycare, where he would get overwhelmed easily (further exacerbating his anxiety and behavioral issues). It’s a decision I would make multiple times over! Thank you, Christa!
