We had an amazing experience working with Christa to train our dog, Maizy! She first came to our home for a puppy lesson and helped us build a strong foundation. When our puppy was 8 months old, we completed her board and train program, and the results have been incredible. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly understood our dog’s personality. She taught us proper e-collar training and gave us the tools and confidence to safely have our dog off leash. We have seen such a huge improvement with no more jumping, no reactivity, and our dog is much easier to handle and enjoy in our home. One of the added benefits has been being able to trust her for boarding when we travel. We have used her multiple times when we’ve been out of town, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing our dog is with someone we trust who understands her training, routine, and personality. Another amazing option she offers is pack days, where our dog gets to spend the day off leash with other trained dogs at the park. Maizy comes home happy, tired, and fulfilled. It's such a great way for her to socialize, exercise, and continue practicing her training. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just train your dog; she teaches the owners too. We feel so much more confident and have a better relationship with our dog because of her guidance. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer who truly cares and gets results.

We can’t recommend Christa enough! She trained our two German Shepherds on walking properly, recall, and down stays, and the impact has been incredible. One of the biggest changes was our one and nail trims. Before working with Christa, it took both my husband and me to trim his nails (I would literally have to lay on top of him while my husband tried to clip them). Now, thanks to Christa’s training, he’s so calm that he often falls asleep while I trim his nails. Christa’s training has given our dogs more freedom, confidence, and opportunities to enjoy life. We trust them more, can include them in more activities, and are so grateful for everything she has taught us. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and effective trainer, Christa is amazing!

We sent our 2 dogs (a very relaxed, older Corgi and a very high energy Aussie) to Christa several years ago for some basic training and off leash skills! She was wonderful with the dogs and communication with us leading up to their stay, while they were there, and ever since then was exceptional. It is SO nice to be able to have our dogs enjoy life off-leash with us. We have also boarded them with her after training! She is amazing and we can’t say enough good things about her services, professionalism, and overall status as a great human being :) 10/10 would recommend!

I can not say enough good things about Christa! I was referred to her by friend who had an unruly dog and I was told that she was a miracle worker. As soon as I decided to get a new puppy for our family I contacted Christa about doing a board train for our puppy once she was old enough. I have a very busy household with 5 kids and another dog and I wanted a dog who would be an enjoyable addition to our family instead of a nuisance. Additionally the puppy was technically a gift for my 10 year old daughter so I wanted to ensure that she could handle the puppy and that the puppy would listen to her and follow her lead. Piper stayed with Christa for her 4 week board and train and then 1 extra week because we were on vacation. I received regular updates from Christa and could see Piper on her instagram daily playing with her dog pals and learning all of her manners. Piper has now been home for 2 weeks and she is just the biggest LOVE. Christa definitely took care of her like her own and Piper has flourished. She knows all basic commands and is able to come with us into public spaces without any problems. She was a jumper and she now greets guests gently and from the ground instead of in the air. She will spend this fall at soccer games and tennis matches with all of our kids and I know she will be so happy to be out and about. I can’t recommend Christa enough for anyone looking for dog training - I will continue to send Piper back to board with her because I trust her implicitly. Thank you Christa !!
