Christa has made an amazing difference in my every day life with my dog Seven. At nine months old Seven started Resource guarding and showing signs of aggression, he was also terrified Of stairs and refused to go down the stairs that lead to my backyard. Seven would refuse or was afraid to jump out of my truck so a simple trip to the vets office was a nightmare, at 100 pounds, Seven had become too strong for me to handle on my own. My stress level was off the charts because I knew that I would never surrender him, but I also had no idea how our life together looked going forward. After a four week board and train with Christa, Seven Now has the confidence to go down stairs and jump out of my vehicle on his own without any assistance from me. I am able to take things away from him without any signs of aggression, He really is the sweetest boy and I can’t believe the changes in him since his training. I am forever grateful to Christa and her dog training abilities.

Working with Christa was the best decision! When we started training our dog was leash reactive and we sometimes dreaded walking her. Christa gave us the tools we needed to give our dog the best life imaginable! We left every session feeling confident about the new skill we had work on and knew Christa was just a text away if we had questions. After our sessions and lots of practice we throw the ball for her in the yard, take her on picnics and even walk her off leash in our neighborhood. We loved working with Christa and can’t thank her enough!

Finding Christa was the biggest blessing in our lives. Our rescue puppy Halo had done group puppy classes in the past but we felt like she needed something more personalized to her needs with a better communication tool as we felt the slip lead we were given at the prior training facility could possible choke her and simply not effective. We did a lot of soul searching and discussing with Christa about our concerns with an e-collar and finally decided to go with it. I had a lot of my own judgements about e-collars but I am so glad I asked questions and got the true answers and am now seeing the great benefits and results (it's not a rinky dink ecollar off amazon, it's a quality training tool that is not meant to harm your dog when used properly with the guidance of a trainer). Halo is a beagle mix, about 20/25lbs, very stubborn, she won't take treats if she's forced to do something she doesn't want, and will gladly throw a fit to get out of training. Christa worked through all of that. Now we can take Halo offleash, enjoy calm walks because our dog no longer walks us- we walk her! She knows how to relax and the structure we have put into place with training now gives her more confidence. We had no idea a bedstay could be so useful at an in-home setting, or a downstay in a public setting. Getting to safely expose our dog to the world outside of our home is beautiful. Christa was readily available and extremely flexible. Her communication was impeccable, whenever we had questions or concerns she was so good about not making us feel stupid or judged and she showed us how to properly use the e-collar along with training. Halo now loves Christa, doesn't throw fits when training, and although she can be anxious, the more we do training the better it gets. We will always stick with what we have learned for Halo and are so lucky to have someone like Christa who was able to do all of this for our pup. A trained dog, along the strong bond you're going to have with your dog makes life so much easier. You can't go wrong with Koena K9 she's literally the best in the business and worth every single penny. Thank you Christa!
