FirstBarkTommy has an excellent program, very affordable and teaches you how to train your dog like a pro. I thought I had a super strong willed dog. After 1 lesson things started to turn around. It was a great experience and would highly recommend to any one.

We started working with K9 Academy about 9-10 weeks ago. We have a very high energetic cattle dog. Tommy was great in helping us achieve the goals we were looking to meet. Not only did he provide training for our pup but he helped teach us proper technique and different tools to go towards success. If we have any pet training needed in the future we will definitely be back. Our pup was always happy to go to training and enjoyed being there!
I absolutely loved my experience training at K9 Academy with Tommy. He is so knowledgeable and truly has a gift working with dogs. I learned so much about how dogs think and how to be a better dog owner. My golden retriever, Honey, is a much more well behaved dog after lessons with Tommy. I would highly recommend K9 Academy to anyone that wants help training their dog!

Where do I even begin? Tommy has been working with me and my foster dog, Memphis for awhile now. Memphis has some pretty intense fears when it comes to people he doesn’t know, and Tommy has been helping us navigate that. He’s helped Memphis gain confidence and obedience. We can now confidently take him anywhere and know that he will be ok as long as people are respectful of his space. I could not be more thankful for Tommy and all of his help! Highly, highly recommend him for all of your dog training needs but especially if you have a dog who is reactive or showing fear aggression. Tommy has a true love for the dogs he works with, and it shows. He has changed our lives!
Tommy is an absolutely AMAZING dog trainer. Best Knoxville has to offer. He helped with our Samoyed puppy Yeti and helped train him into a well-behaved pup were able to take anywhere with us. We did the full program and now he’s amazing off leash and listens to all commands with no worries, 10/10 recommend.
