We have been wanting a Newfoundland for our family for years. Finding a breeder was always what held us back. I recently stumbled across Knallhart and it was a perfect match. Chelsey was amazing from the beginning, never putting pressure on us and always available to answer our questions. The transport from Iowa to CT was handled by Jenny and again, a great experience! I know we will want to add another Newfie to our family in the future and Knallhart will definitely be our go to. Chelsey has kept in contact and has been helpful with questions and has provided training videos. I could go on and on!

We got our Newfoundland puppy from Knallhart and I couldn’t be more overjoyed with the entire experience. I had done a lot of research on the breed to make sure they would be a good fit for my family and then I went in search for a breeder. I needed one that did all the health testing and was picky with lines for temperament. Knallhart fit all my criteria and we couldn’t be more happy with the snuggly boy who was picked for us 💕 well worth the wait! Chelsey and her team provided a ton of support and information and even held a hours long zoom meeting for puppy parents to be and went over all the things!

My husband and I recently purchased our Newfoundland puppy, Creedence, from Chelsey. He is exactly what we were looking for. She matched us up perfectly. He is calm, confident with his surrounding, and has the incredibly sweet and gentle Newfoundland disposition. On top of that, between the thorough health testing, proven lines, and incredibly friendly attitude she has we couldn't have asked for a better place to purchase our new family member. Her communication has been fantastic through the entire process and beyond, and despite the large volume of questions we've had, she has always been happy to answer them. I have recently purchased a Newfoundland puppy from Chelsey. I have purchased three other Newfs from other breeders and the experience is like night and day. I believe that the quality of the puppy is exceptional, but that is not the biggest difference. The contact and assistance with this giant breed has been constant and consistently valuable even for an experienced owner. Text communication is quickly responded to and phone calls are never treated as a bother. Her dedication to the breed is obvious from her bloodlines and breeding selections. Her dedication to her puppies through contact with their owners is what is truly exceptional. Once you have a puppy, the puppy remains one of her "kids" and you as an owner immediately feel like a member of her "family". I have gotten to know other owners of Chelsey puppies and that feeling is universal. We all are there for each other and that is a wonderful feeling with this breed. I have to share one experience. I live in north central Illinois and applied for membership to the North Central Newfoundland Club. I did know anyone that belonged and I needed a sponsorship from an existing member. When I spoke to the membership chairperson and explained my issue, his response was this, "Oh, you have one of Chelsey's puppies, you are is very good hands. You can put me down as your sponsor." Can't ask for a greater commendation than the respect and admiration of other owners and breeders. Five stars all the way around.
