FirstBarkI took two puppies to KSCEC for puppy class in 2024 (and prior to that both of my dogs & a friend's puppy). I really like the new location where classes are being held, everyone involved is really friendly and they explain things clearly. I'm looking forward to taking additional classes in the future.

My puppy and I just finished basic obedience at Kindred Spirits. We had a great time with Kate, Karin, and our other classmates. We learned so much during the six weeks we attended. Kate possesses such an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience that she willing shares with her students at each class. We learned the basics, such as sit, stay, but also games to help reinforce the commands - so the dog associates good, fun things with what we ask of them. They send you weekly emails that cover what will be done in class the following week and each e-mail gives excellent details about how the exercise is done. These are great because they help when you are practicing at home - and after the class has ended. If you are looking for a great dog/human training program, this is the place!
Absolutely adore the trainer and her assistant! Small intimate setting where your pups get the help they need and all issues can be brought up and addressed before and after class so you know how to handle your own personal experiences with your puppy. This is my second new rescue that has been through the classes, super reasonable prices too! I will definitely sign up for more! Thank you!!!!
Loved the Canine Good Citizen Class for my girl Kaiya. Seriously wasn't sure she was going to pass at first, but through Kate's amazing guidance and positive instruction, it gave me the know-how and confidence to excel with Kaiya! We both learned so much and are so appreciative to Kate and Karin for all their hard work and tutelage.
