Kevlar K9 Academy

I have a 5 month old German Shepherd named Obi. We did the puppy behavior classes until he was old enough to enroll in the 10 day board and train program. I learned so much from the puppy class. We did are homework and I saw great results. After the 10 day program he came home with improved behaviors. He stop chewing on the remotes, which was the best unexpected surprise. The handoff, when I got my pup back, was so impressive. I went home knowing what to expect and how to maintain what Obi had learned. Ii could see the genuine passion and dedication to my pups well being. I would highly recommend any of the programs.

I have an unruly sheepadoodle and am so grateful to Riley and Rusty for transforming him into a wonderful trained dog. I met them for a trial to understand Billy and they knew he needed confidence and training. He is a very smart dog and the training they provided changed his and our lives. I can now walk Billy and take him to public places without him being afraid. They were so patient yet firm with him and it ended up that I was the one who needed the training 😊. Riley called me to see how bill was doing and I explained how he is still afraid of loud noises in public. So he had me come in and we worked on it with Billy. Billy was fine with it but I was the catalyst triggering his fears so thank you Riley and Rusty for your professionalism and knowledge. Much appreciated and I can count on them for future intervention if needed. Highly recommend Kevlar K 9. They are the best!

My dog just finished 20 days of in-house training at Kevlar and I can’t be more pleased. While my dog was already “well behaved” he was very difficult to walk particularly when other dogs were around. Now a long walk is just a long walk and not an upper body workout. Reilly gave me the tools and training to perfect his skills on and off-leash. I’m so excited about the things Theo and I are going to do together!
