Kentucky Dog Training LLC is a board and train specialist serving Lexington and central Kentucky. We specialize in high quality board and trains in a home setting. Our programs will help you achieve the level of manners and obedience that you are looking for. Life is too short to accept being dragged down the street, or not being able to recall your dog off leash. Head trainer Samantha Adams is nationally recognized, certified, and experienced in bringing out the best in every dog. Our most popular program is our Distraction Program, which teaches your dog reliable obedience for the real world. They learn their skills in a home setting, and then progress to practicing those skills everywhere from Lowes to the Arboretum.

We were beyond pleased with Sam and her help in training our 10 month old Labradoodle! We discussed what areas we needed help with (leash walking, jumping, not overwhelming visitors in our home, and recall) and she got straight to work with training our puppy. She was very informative in all the sessions and we saw immediate progress each time. We now have a confidant puppy that walks on a leash without any pulling at all, comes immediately when we call her, goes to her place when the doorbell rings, and keeps her paws on the ground when greeting visitors! My 6 year old is even able to walk her without thinking twice about it! Great investment for the years ahead with our family dog!
Sam is a great trainer with lots of experience in multiple dog sports. Her experience allows her to use the best training methods so your dog can thrive. Whether your dog is easily over stimulated, aggressive, or needing a bit of a confidence boost Sam is knowledgeable and able to help. She is the best in the area and a great person to be around.
