Hi Taurn, We checked our records, but we don’t see any correspondences from you in regard to your concerns. As a matter of fact, your account shows you started with us on 10/2023, and the last time your dog attended our PlayCare program was 6/2024, so it’s curious to see this Google review written in February 2025…. We’ll be reaching out to you today, because we’d like to have a conversation to address these issues. We don’t believe that absence of communication with us (and instead writing a Google review) is an effective way to create a solution-based resolution to situations. In lieu of a face to face interaction, I’ll address your concerns below: First, your comment about the AirTag situation: These are extremely dangerous to put on dogs, and the minute they come in the facility, they are removed and placed with the rest of the dog’s belongings. Many facilities have had dogs ingest them, which is extremely dangerous and a risk that we won’t take. Accusing us of keeping dogs in crates for 7 hours a day is false (as well as slanderous). Our dogs play and go for walks many times throughout the day, and had you reached out and asked about what our policy is on AirTags, you would not have had this misunderstanding Next, the dogs get water all day long, but some dogs are so excited by playing with their friends and seeing all that goes on in the facility that they drink a little, but wait to go home to have a big drink. We mention this on the first play care report card that we sent home. However, when a student communicates with us that it’s been happening, there are things that we can do (such as have them bring their own bowl in). But unless you communicate concerns, we can’t help. At pick up, we always suggest that before you put your dog in the car, you take it for a quick potty break. Even though a dog may have been recently walked, they may have just had water and now have to pee again. Again, if you knew that pattern was happening and communicated with us, we could have done something about it. The training component is an important piece to us. In order to keep the dogs and our team safe, training is required. For those dogs who have been with us a while and are advanced and/or off leash trained, there are other options for the training requirement. We understand that some people don’t value training as much as we do, which is why this policy is noted everywhere. It’s important for us to have students who want the same goals for their dogs as we do, and for those who don’t, there are other options available to them elsewhere. We’ll be reaching out to you today and look forward to our conversation.
