Karma K9

We did a lot of research, and talked to a lot of friends, acquaintances and coworkers. K-9 Karma kept coming up. We went and took a tour, talk to the owners and then did more research. We felt comfortable and chose to use K-9 Karma for a four week full training program of our 18 month Pup named Maui. K-9 Karma was everything we expected and more. The owner and the trainers are 100% dedicated to each and every animal in their charge. When we brought our Maui home, the difference was night day. K-9 Karna did an absolutely outstanding job. K-9 Karma trained Maui for not only on leash but also off leash, trained him to not jump up, to be calm around other animals and people and to show no aggression. We left our dogs Oliver & Finn there for training for over 6 weeks. They both came home very mal-nourshished and hoarse they could hardly bark. Of course the training was very expensive but we knew our terriers needed extensive training especially our younger one.The owner went over with us a list of things that she would tackle with him especially while he was there and then we were shown what to do when we took them home. They are better and much more well-mannered but like children they still test us day to day and we understand that but our younger one still has the same issues with his aggressiveness and growling. I feel like nothing was accomplished to adjust that behavior after we paid all that money. I am aware that we have to continue to work with him when he came home which we have on a regular basis but to no avail he still has the same issues and it's concerning for me to have him to be around my grandchildren. I have to say I'm very disappointed knowing that we went in making a list and the owner stating that these problems would be corrected with all the money that we spent. I did reach out to them a few weeks after we came home to follow up with the follow-up trainings she answered once and then I tried to schedule something with her and I never heard back from them.They have not once followed up at all. So to say the least I probably would not recommend them to anyone for training.
