I have had dogs my entire life and was able to semi- train them… until Ollie! He was totally out of control. I couldn’t even get him to come consistently! Ollie was with Ryan for one week and the results are incredible. He sits, comes and heels without hesitation. I can walk him without fear of being hurt by him due to his desire to go crazy when he sees or even hears another dog.
Ollie is going for another week. Ryan is a miracle worker!!!

I brought my 3 year old German Shepherd to Kansas City K9 Academy to get help on training my dog Lorenzo. He’s a very strong dog and pulled really bad whenever he was on a leash, He always wanted to be ahead of us and lead the way, He would bark horribly at another dog , I was worried he might be stuck in his ways but Ryan was able to help us and help my dog! He is a good dog but just needed some guidance. I did tons of research trying to find the best dog trainer for my dog to learn from and to also have someone care for him! After spending 1 week with Ryan , He is completely different! He doesn’t pull at all anymore! He walks with us , and listens to commands so much better! Ryan was very informative and explains everything wonderfully!
We will continue training at home and monthly group classes! :)

Ryan and KC K9 academy are great. Just picked up our 11 month old golden doodle and at first I thought we’d gotten the wrong dog. She has learned so much and is so much better behaved. My wife and I are so glad we found this company. Very professional!!

I adopted my mixed breed dog who had a lot of behavioral issues. After struggling for months to train her on my own, I decided it was time for professional help.
I reached out to Ryan with Kansas City K9 Academy and I am so glad I did. He did exactly what he said he would do and taught me everything he taught my dog so we could continue learning together to be successful.
If you are willing to change your own behavior and continue working with your dog daily, I can say with confidence Ryan is the guy you need!
